Crawlspace and basement work includes water extraction, moisture inspection, wet insulation or ducting removal, cleaning and disinfection of hard surfaces, drainage systems, sewer repairs, sump pump installation, and insulation installation.

Reconstruction services cover both emergency rebuilding and non-emergency remodeling. Available work includes framing and carpentry, drywall, stucco, plumbing and drainage systems, electrical work, roofing, carpet or vinyl installation, tile installation, painting, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, room additions, and foundations. Bay Restorators can also provide planning, design, permits, photo or video documentation, contents pack-outs, storage, and cleaning related to restoration or insurance-loss work.

Additional services include fire and smoke damage restoration, mold damage remediation, and carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning. Fire and smoke restoration includes cleaning smoke- or soot-damaged contents and processing documents at the company’s facilities. Carpet and upholstery technicians are trained by an IICRC Master Cleaning Technician, with truck-mounted steam cleaning used as the primary carpet-cleaning method. Bay Restorators serves Oakland and offers 24-hour emergency service.
