A Company Should Appear Where It Can Actually Respond
Property owners are not simply looking for a business that mentions their state. They need a restoration company with a local operation, an established service presence, or a realistic ability to respond to the community where the damage occurred.
Independent businesses and franchise locations are both welcome. What matters is the operation behind the listing and whether its published coverage accurately reflects where the company can provide service.
The goal is not to reward the company claiming the most cities. It is to help property owners find companies genuinely connected to their area.
Keeping the Directory Useful
Company information changes. Phone numbers, services, credentials, office locations, and coverage areas can all be updated over time. Companies can manage their listings, and property owners or other businesses can report information that appears inaccurate.
