Bloque Restoration

Bloque Restoration provides water, fire, storm, and mold damage restoration for homes and businesses in Mesa and communities across the Phoenix Valley. Services include emergency water extraction, structural drying, smoke and soot cleanup, odor removal, mold remediation, contents restoration, commercial restoration, reconstruction, and emergency board-up or storm tarping. Arizona ROC 344033 and IICRC certification support its restoration work.

Water damage projects begin with emergency extraction, followed by structural drying using industrial air movers and dehumidifiers. Technicians monitor moisture levels daily with professional-grade meters until readings confirm the structure is dry. Damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and baseboards can be removed and replaced, with reconstruction managed through the same project plan.

Fire restoration covers site securing, board-up, smoke and soot remediation, HVAC decontamination, contents cleaning, inventory, storage, and rebuilding. Bloque uses HEPA filtration, specialized cleaning chemistry, ozone treatment, thermal fogging, and air scrubbing for smoke contamination and odor control. Furniture, electronics, and personal belongings can be cleaned, restored, inventoried, or packed out for storage.

Storm projects include emergency tarping, board-up, water mitigation, damage documentation, exterior repairs, and interior reconstruction. Project managers document affected areas with photos, moisture readings, and scope reports, submit documentation to the insurance carrier, and work with the adjuster throughout the process. Bloque also handles commercial restoration with a full-scope approach intended to limit business downtime. Service areas include Mesa, Phoenix, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Paradise Valley, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley.
