Devoted Restoration

Devoted Restoration is a family-owned and operated restoration company based in Fort Myers, Florida, serving Charlotte, Lee, and Collier Counties. The business provides water damage restoration, fire and smoke cleaning, mold remediation, contents cleaning, pressure washing, and reconstruction for homes and businesses. Emergency response is available 24/7 for water, fire, mold, and storm-related damage.

Water restoration services address problems ranging from minor leaks to major water emergencies, including damage caused by burst pipes, plumbing failures, and severe weather. Devoted Restoration uses advanced equipment and established restoration methods to assess affected properties, address moisture, and help prevent further loss. The team also handles mold-related concerns, including visible and hidden damage beneath flooring or walls, with inspections and a defined remediation process.

Fire and smoke restoration includes damage assessment, air filtration, odor treatment, and pack-out of salvageable belongings for contents cleaning. Air filters remove particles up to .3 microns, while hydroxyl generators help break down fire-related odors. Salvageable contents can be removed for cleaning, while unsalvageable materials are discarded. Reconstruction may include replacing drywall and repainting or completing reconstruction across several areas of a home or office.

Devoted Restoration has operated since 2008, and its technicians are IICRC-certified. The business holds Florida building contractor licenses MRSR2955, MRSA3004, and CBC1265701. The Fort Myers team serves residential and commercial properties, including multifamily buildings, and provides support from initial assessment through restoration and reconstruction.
