Elite Restoration & Construction Services

Elite Restoration & Construction Services is an Irvine-based, full-service restoration contractor providing 24-hour emergency response throughout Southern California. The team handles water damage cleanup, sewage cleanup, water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleaning, odor control, asbestos abatement, and full damage reconstruction for homes and businesses.

Water damage services address emergencies including burst pipes, overflowing sinks, clogged drains, backed-up sewer lines, and failed water heaters or appliances. Specialized drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers, supports moisture removal in confined, hidden, and difficult-to-access areas. Fire and smoke restoration includes cleaning, remediation, odor removal, and reconstruction, while mold services include mold remediation and abatement.

Reconstruction services cover the repair phase from initial planning through completion. Project technology allows customers to view projects in real time, select materials, estimate change orders, view photographs, and monitor construction progress. Elite Restoration & Construction Services also provides full insurance claim processing, complete claim documentation, direct billing to insurance companies, and estimates prepared using Xactimate, an industry-standard restoration pricing index.

Established in 2017, Elite Restoration & Construction Services draws on more than 20 years of property-restoration experience through its president and CEO, Devin M. Lurie. The firm is certified by the IICRC in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire and smoke cleaning, and is licensed by the California State License Board in B-1 General Building and C-33 Painting and Decorating.
