Florida Restoration

Florida Restoration provides 24/7 emergency mitigation, remediation and cleanup for residential and commercial properties in Fort Myers and across Southwest Florida. Services include water damage mitigation, emergency water extraction, structural drying, flood cleanup, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, soot and odor removal, contents cleaning, and storm damage cleanup.

Water-loss response includes assessing the affected footprint, extracting standing water, creating moisture maps, positioning air movers and commercial dehumidifiers, monitoring readings, and documenting the work. Structural drying is measured and tracked rather than based on a one-size-fits-all equipment setup. Storm response covers water removal, cleanup, drying and documentation after wind-driven rain, flooding and hurricane-related interior intrusion.

Florida Restoration also handles controlled mold remediation, including containment, HEPA filtration, removal or cleaning of affected materials, and documentation within its scope. Fire and smoke services address smoke residues, soot, lingering odors, salvageable surfaces, contents, and water from firefighting efforts. Independent mold assessment or testing and permanent plumbing, roofing, HVAC and construction repairs are handled by appropriate licensed professionals.

Commercial and large-loss work supports property managers, building owners, condominium associations, HOAs, multifamily communities, hospitality properties, retail spaces and other managed buildings. Florida Restoration coordinates across occupied or multi-area properties, plans equipment placement around operations where possible, and maintains photographs, moisture records, drying logs and communication throughout the response. The service scope is emergency mitigation, remediation, cleanup, drying and documentation; permanent repairs, reconstruction, roofing, tarping and board-up are outside the stated scope.
