Lightning Restoration

Lightning Restoration is an Odessa, Florida restoration provider established in 2006 and serving Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Brandon and Tarpon Springs. Emergency response is available 24/7 for residential and commercial property damage, including water, fire, mold and biohazard situations. The team also provides catastrophic-loss response, contents assessment, carpet cleaning, odor removal, emergency board-up and tarping.

Water damage services include emergency extraction, detailed assessments, moisture mapping, industrial-grade drying equipment, dehumidifiers and high-capacity air movers. Lightning Restoration technicians are certified in water remediation, and the company provides ongoing communication, reporting and estimates with photos to property owners and insurance-company clients. Non-destructive leak detection uses thermal and infrared cameras, ultrasound listening devices and non-invasive moisture meters to locate leaks in plumbing systems, walls, floors, roofs and other structures.

Fire restoration includes emergency board-up or tarping, structural and contents assessment, inventory, pack-out, cleaning and storage of salvageable items. Services also cover soot and smoke-residue cleaning, smoke odor removal, sanitation, air purification and drying after fire-suppression efforts. The company’s content assessment division evaluates, inventories, values and salvages personal property affected by water, mold or fire and smoke.

Lightning Restoration is an IICRC Certified Firm. Biohazard remediation staff are licensed and certified for biohazard cleaning, and the firm is licensed by the Florida Department of Health to perform biohazard remediation. Services address cleanup and decontamination for homes, businesses, apartments, hotels, assisted-living facilities, public venues and properties affected by hoarding. Mold remediation and the Bio-Clenz process provide additional options for treating contaminated or weathered wood framing.
