Steamtech Carpet Cleaning & Emergency Flood

Steamtech Carpet Cleaning & Emergency Flood is a locally and family-owned cleaning and restoration business serving Artesia and communities across southeastern New Mexico, including Carlsbad, Roswell, Hagerman, Dexter, Lake Arthur, and Hope. Established in 1999, the business provides residential and commercial cleaning along with emergency flood extraction and water damage restoration.

Water damage services address flooding from sources such as sewage, plumbing leaks, rain, spills, and firefighting. Steamtech uses a restoration process that includes water extraction or muck-out, moisture inspection, deconstruction of damaged materials, antimicrobial application, and structural drying with dehumidifiers and air movers. Direct coordination with insurance providers is also available.

Carpet cleaning uses a heavy-duty truck mount, soft water, and 230-degree steam. The stated cleaning sequence includes vacuuming, pre-treatment, truck-mount steam extraction, deodorization, and finish grooming. Additional services include commercial and residential tile, grout, and stone cleaning, upholstery cleaning, area rug cleaning, mattress cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, janitorial cleaning, and steam cleaning.

Steamtech Carpet Cleaning & Emergency Flood is IICRC certified and emphasizes continuing staff education in cleaning techniques, processes, and products. Emergency flood service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, supporting prompt response when water damage requires extraction and drying.
