SurfaceTech Cleaning LLC

SurfaceTech Cleaning LLC is an owner-operated restoration and floor-care provider based in Fresno, California. Michael Recek serves as the owner and IICRC-trained technician, handling jobs personally rather than using a rotating crew. The business has operated since 2019 and provides residential and commercial cleaning for carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, area rugs, and hard-surface floors.

For water-related incidents, SurfaceTech provides water damage restoration support for leaks, plumbing overflows, small indoor floods, soaked carpet and pad, wet hallways, and rental water events. Service includes water extraction from carpet, airflow setup, drying support, and an assessment of what can be saved. The focus is on limiting secondary damage and reducing the risk of musty odors from trapped moisture.

Odor services address pet, smoke, musty, moisture, carpet, pad, upholstery, and area-rug odors. SurfaceTech uses source-focused methods that may include deep cleaning, enzyme treatment for organic odors, deodorizing, and extraction. Pet odor work includes locating affected areas and treating carpet, pad, backing, and related surfaces where appropriate. The business provides an honest assessment when odor or staining may not be fully removable.

SurfaceTech also performs deep hot-water extraction, stain removal, commercial carpet maintenance, carpet repair and reinstallation, tile and grout cleaning, LVP/LVT cleaning, carpet protection, and upholstery cleaning. Commercial services are available for offices, retail spaces, churches, clinics, showrooms, property-managed units, rental turnovers, hallways, and common areas. Primary service locations include Fresno and Clovis, with service across listed Central Valley communities including Madera, Sanger, Selma, Reedley, Kingsburg, Kerman, Fowler, Parlier, Coalinga, Firebaugh, Mendota, Orange Cove, Chowchilla, Oakhurst, Bass Lake, and Friant.
