Equipment Rental Calculator

Add one row per piece of equipment with the count, daily rate and billable days to see the rental subtotal and total.

Equipment 1

Billable days are the full days you enter — the tool does not count calendar dates or apply any rounding rule. The result is not an invoice and not an insurer-approved rate.

Result

Enter the count, daily rate and billable days for each piece of equipment to see the rental subtotal and total.

How the Calculation Works

Item subtotal = count × daily rate × billable days. The rental subtotal is the sum of the item subtotals, and the total adds the optional flat transport fee.

Worked example: 2 items at a daily rate of 65 for 3 billable days gives 390. A transport fee of 50 brings the total to 440.

About the Numbers You Enter

Billable days are the full days you enter — the tool does not count calendar dates or apply any rounding rule. Count and days must be whole numbers of at least 1.

All rates are yours. The result is not an invoice and not an insurer-approved rate.
