Although we are a new company, our foundation is built on real experience, compassion, and a commitment to doing the job the right way. The idea behind Phoenix Remediation & Restoration came from seeing how overwhelming water damage, mold concerns, fire damage, and crawlspace issues can be for homeowners and businesses. Property damage does not just affect a building — it affects families, routines, finances, and peace of mind. We wanted to create a restoration company that responds with urgency while still treating every customer with patience, honesty, and genuine care. Our owner, Connie Slone, brings a background in restorative care as a Registered Nurse, where compassion, attention to detail, and helping people recover are part of everyday life.
